Shipping and Delivery Policy

Address Verification: Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. 

Incorrect Address: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

Failed Delivery Attempts: For packages that are not successfully delivered due to the recipient not being home or available, and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the return and redelivery cost.
